Every Studio Mineo item is printed on demand just for you, so orders have two stages: production and delivery.
Production time
Orders are typically printed and prepared within 2-7 business days after your order is placed. During busy periods, such as the holidays, production may take longer.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but they are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking to update after the first scan.
Multiple items
Items in the same order may be printed in different locations and may arrive in separate shipments.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has gone into production, and packages returned because of an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.
